Since the outbreak of the pandemic caused by the Corona virus, nothing seems the same as it was. Whether we will return to the time before the crisis after the exit is questionable. During the shutdown phase, companies began to rethink their previous processes and looked for solutions for the time after the crisis. In most cases, the focus was on digitalization. What was the exception a few months ago is now, and probably will be in the future, part of our everyday life, such as the alternative home office. However, not all work can be done from home. In the value-added chain of goods, there will continue to be a production in which people will be active in the future. And where people are involved in processes, the risk of accidents at work will increase. To counteract this, it is important to train employees regularly.
Carl Stahl has been conducting practice-oriented technical
seminars in the fields of rope, lifting and safety technology since the 1980s.
With great success. An average of 1,000 interested parties take part in the
specialist seminars of the Carl Stahl Group every year. More and more companies
take advantage of the opportunity to have the technical seminars held at their
own premises. No matter whether it is a simple briefing, a refresher course, a
specialist seminar or training to become a qualified inspector, Carl Stahl
offers the right individual training courses for every company.
However, the current corona pandemic has forced us to cancel
seminar dates already firmly planned for March and April for reasons of health
protection for participants and our speakers. The decree of the
Baden-Württemberg Ministry of Economic Affairs on the resumption of operations
of vocational training facilities dated May 14, 2020 now allows the Carl Stahl
Akademie to resume training courses. For this purpose, we have drawn up a
hygiene concept and framework conditions that will enable you and us to
continue to conduct classroom training in the future.
Nevertheless, we as a company are using the findings from the shutdown and are examining the possibilities for future digital training courses. However, implementation is currently still showing limits, as the Carl Stahl technical seminars contain a very high proportion of practical exercises and tasks. This is what makes them so lively and attractive and is highly appreciated by the participants - we want to maintain this quality standard at all costs and are facing the challenge of being able to offer a modern training format with at least the same value level as before.
